She is.. singing to the customer... as a hold tune while she checks on something
Sigh... I'm stuck between truly crazy people... loud and eccentric with some lunatic tendencies

yes it is.. and it keeps me awake during those dark and dreary moments in the afternoon when all hope is lost and all there is to save me from the temptation of snoring at my desk is my ipod, random conversations, food and my highly entertaining boss
